Sleep is a blessing too!

This morning, I had the luxury of sleeping in and it was glorious. I really love those days!

Actually, I’m GRATEFUL for those days because I recognize that sleeping-in is a rare luxury for most.

It’s easy to think of sleep as something we do at night, but it’s not a given, so it’s really important that we never take it for granted.

More often than not, people don’t sleep well because they’re sick in their bodies, burdened with worry or don’t feel safe in their surroundings…

But I slept well last night AND woke up well-rested this morning, so today I find joy in my ability to sleep peacefully.

Today I feel blessed because I’m:

  • Relatively healthy
  • At peace mentally
  • Feel physically safe in my surroundings.
